Nathan Raphael D. L. Agustin, A charismatic go-getter who always wears a smile in his face – that is the best way to describe Nathan.
Hailing from the City of San Juan, Nathan finished his secondary education in Aquinas School where he graduated with honors. He attained his undergraduate degree of AB Political Science (2019) and Juris doctor degree from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas (2023).
At the core of Nathan’s student life was a heart of service. He held numerous leadership positions and actively participated in student activities. In his senior year in college, he served as the National Coordinator of the Dominican Network Youth Group (2018-2019). While studying law, he served as the President of the UST Civil Law Student Council (2021-2022) during which he also held the position of Speaker in the UST Central Student Council Central Board – the legislative arm of the University-wide student council. Finally, in his senior year in law, he was elected as the President of the UST Central Student Council (2022-2023), representing and upholding the interests of more than forty thousand (40,000) Thomasian students in the university.
Nathan was then admitted to the bar on December 22, 2023. Prior to Fortun Narvasa & Salazar, he worked in two different law firms that exposed him to the vast ocean that is the legal practice where he eventually found his métier in litigation.
Outside of the firm, Nathan currently serves as a Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Manila II Chapter. He is also a passionate public speaker, often invited in organizations to discuss topics about leadership, student welfare, and the law.
