With a unique background spanning tax and corporate law, Gian has developed a well-rounded skill set that allows him to approach legal challenges with both strategic thinking and practical experience.
A graduate of De La Salle University–Manila with a degree in Marketing Management, Class of 2019, he initially built his skills in people management and event coordination as a Talent Manager at the Archer’s Network. His knack for strategy and communication eventually drew him to the law, leading him to pursue his Juris Doctor at the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, where he graduated in 2024 with a minor in Litigation and Advocacy. During law school, he immersed himself in public service through USC’s Center for Legal Aid Works, facilitating programs in clinical legal education and governance in justice, specifically the Public Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining the firm, he made his mark — handling cases Court of Tax Appeals and handling matters involving BIR assessments, tax refund claims, and corporate restructuring. Proficient in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano, Gian can be counted on to deliver results — and to do so with dedication and heart.
In his free time, he is an avid sports enthusiast who thrives on competition, always seeking out activities that fuel his competitive spirit — including basketball, badminton, and pickleball.
